Ashley McKinley Scrivner has been a Chester County resident for over 25 years.
Ashley joined the firm in 2019. She practices in the Pennsylvania State Courts and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She focuses on Employment Discrimination and Wrongful Termination. Ashley has also successfully represented many of our clients at Unemployment Appeal Hearings and helped them start receiving or keep receiving their benefits. A lifelong resident of Chester County, she is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Association as well as the National Order of Barristers.
