  • Awarded Summary Judgement by the Middle District of Pennsylvania in a claim of discrimination by a custodian of a retirement community after the community terminated custodian for misconduct (2020).


  • Obtained dismissal (in the form of a grant of preliminary objections) in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas (2016) in a breach of contract claim on behalf of a national sorority following preliminary objections.

  • Obtained dismissal by filing a successful Motion to Dismiss in Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2016) on behalf of a national healthcare business.

  • Obtained dismissal in the Chester County Court of Common Pleas (2016) on behalf of Charter School executives following a Motion for Judgment on the pleadings with regard to wage claims.

  • Obtained dismissal in Delaware County Court of Common Pleas (2015) following preliminary objections where Plaintiff failed to state a cognizable cause of action.

  • Obtained dismissal in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas (2015) on behalf of Defendant on preliminary objections where Defendant employee was accused of one-time utterance of the “N”word.
